Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had extra big, super clean, tidy, and warm rooms, but they were very small without places to put things on, which was a bit disappointing for two adults and a teen, not quite up to a four-star standard. I found it located at the end of the hotel.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had visible mold on the carpet with a horrible musty odor, and the front desk was unhelpful in changing the room due to being fully booked. The tiny room layout was inconvenient, with the only small window facing the air conditioning unit. On the bright side, the service was friendly and helpful when it came to navigating the metro stations. The location was decent, with access to the metro, though a bit far from the center. The dining options were ordinary. Despite the negatives, the stay was made bearable by the service and location of the hotel.
The hotel room was quite big and clean, but unfortunately, it was super hot even when the AC was on full power and even with the windows open. I wished there were tea/coffee facilities in the room. The shower and changing areas felt a bit small.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning and a small fridge, but being on the first floor close to the road made it noisy. Despite a bit of a wait at the lobby for about 40 minutes, the service was accommodating and pleasant. The location was conveniently near two metro stations but required a bit of a walk to reach the nearest Metro stop. Dining was a bit of a letdown as the options were not worth the price. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
The hotel isn't near the city center or water but is close to town and just a 15-minute walk from the center. The rooms had to park on the street and feed the meter all day, with a direct view of an external staircase from one room to another. The hotel is expensive for what you get. The service moved us to another hotel of the same company with a taxi paid by them, and they were helpful and welcoming, offering good location, nice breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. Despite service availability, they didn't seem to ever bother to report issues. The location is perfect, really close to the metro for a short-term holiday stay. The dining experience could be better for the size of the hotel, especially in the buffet. The facilities are up to par.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are a good size and have all the necessities, but they are not as modern and feel a little old with outdated mattresses and pillows. However, the service is super helpful, and the location is very nice near transport links.
The hotel is in a convenient location in the bustling Picoas area, close to Metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The rooms are small and face an inside courtyard, lacking adequate ventilation. The service is satisfactory but with room for improvement, especially in accommodating guest requests. The dining offers a good start to the day with a decent selection, albeit at a slightly high price. Overall, a reasonably priced hotel with room for enhancements.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and I especially enjoyed the friendly staff. The dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited breakfast options, but overall, it was a great experience. The location was superb, and the price was reasonable considering the amenities provided.
The hotel had good-sized rooms that were clean and comfortable, but some faced a back area and were near a staff service door. The service was a mix of unfriendly and helpful, with bilingual staff available. The location was very convenient for subway access but noisy due to a trash chute. Dining options varied with some good choices. The facilities were satisfactory.
